WHAT WE'VE ACCOMPLISHEDWe make more than 2,900 home visits a year.
We've had a less than 1% infant mortality rate in the communities we serve since 1999. I was getting evicted from my house the same day of my initial home visit. Ms. Cynthia Collins, my family support worker, gave me advice and encouragement and researched housing resources for me. We sat down together and talked about goals, family problems, and much more. I have truly valued her support and patience ." |
